Solo Policies-

1. A Level Up All Stars dancer must be actively enrolled and participating in at least 1 competition group for the current season in order to be eligible for a solo.

2. A Level Up All Stars dancer is only able to compete their solo under the studio name, Level Up All Stars. Level Up All Stars dancers are unable to compete their solo under a different studio name or independently. A Level Up All Stars dancer may compete their solo with their school (school pom/dance team) by receiving permission from the Level Up All Stars teacher who choreographed their solo and written permission from their school coach.

Competing a Level Up All Stars solo under a different studio name or independently will result in immediate removal from Level Up All Stars.

3. Level Up All Stars dancers are able to compete their solos at additional/extra competitions of their choice. They must inform the Studio Director (MaKenzi) 3 months in advance of the competition of choice so that the Studio Director can register the dancer. Informing the studio director less than 3 months in advance does not guarantee that you will be able to do the competition, as registration is completed far in advance for competitions.

4. Level Up All Stars solos are choreographed by the following instructors and choreographers--

If a dancer is wishing to use an outside choreographer, they must receive permission from the Studio Director.

5. Solos are an extra opportunity at Level Up All Stars. If a dancer is not fulfilling their team obligations (attending all practices, knows team choreography proficiently, being a positive and productive teammate), the solo may not be allowed to compete at competitions/solo private lessons will be put to a halt until dancer is able to fulfill their team obligations.

6. If a family's dance account at Level Up All Stars is not up to date (tuition, costumes, competition fees, etc.), the dancer is uneligible to continue private lessons with their solo instructor or register for solo competitions until the dancers account is paid in full and up to date.
