General Policies

Financial Policies-

1. Monthly payments are due by the first class date of the month. (Example, your first class of the month is on a Thursday. Payment is due the first Thursday of the month).


2. Level Up All Stars takes Check, CashApp, Venmo, and Square Reader. There is a fee applied to Venmo and Square transactions that is passed on to the client/dancer family.


3. Failure to pay by the first class date of the month results in a $10 late fee.
 

4. Failure to pay by the 2nd week of class will result in a letter being sent home with child reminding family to pay the dues and the late fee.
 

5. Failure to pay by Week 3 of the class results in discontinuation of dance services until account balance is paid in full and up to date.
 

6. Level Up All Stars does not give refunds for tuition, class fees, private lessons, solo fees, or costumes. The only time Level Up All Stars will give a refund is if a.) a competition fee was paid and the competition cancelled AND gave Level Up All Stars a refund.

Studio Attendance-
1. The success of our students is built on their commitment to coming to dance. If they are not here, we cannot help them learn.

 

2. Weekly attendance is expected by all dancers. Appropriate absences:
• Illness/Sickness
• Family Emergency
• School Event
• Inclement Weather

3. If a dancer misses 3 consecutive weeks without notifying the studio, we will assume that the dancer is no longer dancing at the studio and remove them from our studio roster, class list, and communications.

 

4. If you are aware you are going to be absent, please contact the Front Desk Manager- Torre Langan at +1 (572) 206-9990
 

5. If you paid for a class and cannot make it to the class, this still falls under Level Up All Stars refund policy and a refund is not granted.

Studio Etiquette-

1. Parents are allowed to stay in the lobby while class is occurring. Please keep chatter as quiet as possible so that the dancers cannot hear parents during their class.

 

2. Parents are not allowed in the classroom during their dance class. Parents may also not peep over divider as this causes distractions to the students and teachers.
 

3. Parents may watch dancers on the viewing TV. The streaming is up to the teachers discretion— teachers will either play the class throughout or on occasion. Teachers are required to show class at least 15 minutes per month on the TV.
 

4. Please pick up all trash at studio— including snacks, water bottles, etc.

Safety Drop Off/Pick Up Policy

Dancers may be dropped off no earlier than 10 minutes before class and must be picked up no later than 10 minutes after class ends.

If you need to drop your child off early, the studio must be open. Please send your child with quiet activities (coloring books, etc.), as our front desk staff (Torre) is working and unable to actively supervise. Children may wait in the lobby until class begins.

If a child is not picked up within 10 minutes after class:

  • First occurrence: A reminder of our drop-off/pick-up policy will be sent.

  • Second occurrence and beyond: A $5 late fee will be charged for every 5 minutes past the 10-minute grace period.

  • ​

Example:
If a class ends at 6:00 PM and pickup is at 6:25 PM, a $15 late fee will be applied.

Liability Release-

​

All dancers are required to have a liability waiver on file with Level Up All Stars that is signed and updated yearly.  Below is the verbiage of our liability waiver that is signed and kept on file at the studio.

​

1. Assumption of Risk - I understand that participation in dance, tumbling, and physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, sprains, strains, broken bones, and other potential injuries. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks of personal injury, illness, or property damage related to participation in any activities with Level Up All Stars.

 

2. Release and Waiver - I hereby release, waive, and discharge Level Up All Stars and all Released Parties from all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by Participant while participating in any activities or while on the premises.

 

3. Medical Authorization - In the event of an emergency, I authorize Level Up All Stars to secure any necessary medical treatment for Participant. I understand that I am financially responsible for any medical treatment provided.

 

4. Photo/Video Release - I grant Level Up All Stars permission to use photos or videos of Participant taken during classes, practices, performances, or events for marketing, promotional, or training purposes, including on social media and websites.

 

5. Conduct and Expectations - I agree to follow all rules, policies, and safety guidelines set by Level Up All Stars. I understand that disruptive behavior, failure to follow rules, or actions that risk the safety of others may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

 

6. Indemnification - I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Level Up All Stars and all Released Parties from any claims, liabilities, costs, or damages arising from Participant's involvement in any program, including legal fees incurred in defense of such claims.

 

7. Acknowledgement - I certify that I am the Participant (or legal guardian of Participant) and that I have read and understood this waiver. I understand that by signing this document, I am giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue.
